1. A method of treating a cellulose containing textile comprising contacting said textile with a variant EGIII cellulase comprising
a substitution at a residue which is sensitive to surfactant and/or temperature stress, wherein said variant EGIII cellulase
is derived from T. reesei EGIII cellulase.
